Ingredients

250g vegan dark chocolate
-
120 g Vegan butter
-
3 Tablespoons agave nectar/ Golden syrup
-
2/3 pack of Rich tea biscuits
-
Marshmallows - however many you want
-
225g of cocktail or glacé cherries

Push Chocolate Mint Buttons for topping
Directions
Melt the vegan dark chocolate in a bowl
Stir in the agave nectar/ Golden syrup followed by the vegan butter
Once all that has melted break up the rich tea biscuits into small pieces in a bowl and pour the chocolate mixture over the top
Stir the melted chocolate and broken rich tea biscuits and add the marshmellows. Stir everything together.
Add the cocktail or glacé cherries and stir together. Pour mixture into a bowl lined with grease proof paper and spread evenly.
Melt the Mint Push Chocolate Buttons and spread over the top of the rocky road mixture. Put in fridge to cool and set.
Once set cut into smaller pieces and enjoy!
