Jumbo Oats 150g
1 Ripe Banana (mashed)
300ml Oat Milk
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp of Baking Powder
Coconut Oil (to fry)
Push Mint Chocolate Buttons
Dairy Free Natural Yoghurt
Blitz the oats to a food processor until a flour is made
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, until the pancake batter is formed.
Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan, and spoon the batter into the pan.
Cook for 2 minutes on each side flipping in between.
