If you're on a special diet, you might have swerved Pancake Day or found yourself making them for everyone else.

We bring you pancakes, strawberries AND chocolate!
Probably the tastiest and healthiest pancake dish you'll make!
Ingredients

Jumbo Oats 150g

1 Ripe Banana (mashed)

300ml Oat Milk

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1 Tsp of Baking Powder

Coconut Oil (to fry)

Push Mint Chocolate Buttons

Dairy Free Natural Yoghurt

Fresh Strawberries
Toppings
Directions
Blitz the oats to a food processor until a flour is made
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, until the pancake batter is formed.
Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan, and spoon the batter into the pan.
Cook for 2 minutes on each side flipping in between.
Stack the pancakes and add your favourite toppings. We love Push mint chocolate, dairy free yogurt, fresh strawberries! Winning combo!
