Who doesn’t like to wake up and eat a mini cake for breakfast?!
65g oat flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 ripe banana
150ml non-dairy milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
Push Chocolate Honeycomb Buttons
preheat oven 180°C.
Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
In another bowl mix mashed banana, milk and maple syrup.
Add to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Pour half of the mixture into ramekins, add chocolate and cover with other half. Top with more chocolate.
Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
